I ask all students to sign a T&Cs agreement before working together. Here is a look at what that entails:

1. Coaching session policies:

Coaching sessions are sold as a package agreed upon between the student and vocal coach. Payment for the full package is due before your first session.

Session packages do expire. Packages are valid for the length of the package multiplied by three. In the case of exceptional circumstances such as illness, you can contact me to discuss.

2. Responsibilities of the student:

The student agrees to practice between sessions, and understands that their progress depends on this. I can support you working out a routine that helps you in this.

24 hours’ notice must be given to cancel or reschedule a singing lesson, otherwise I will have to charge for the missed session.

5. Responsibilities of the singing coach:

If your singing coach requires time off for sick leave, holiday or another reason, the missed lessons will be made up within the following 4 weeks of the missed period.
